FAQ

It mentions that we get some herbo-mineral supplements during the treatments. I am already taking vitamin supplements, should I discontinue these during the treatments?

We usually give our clients a customized herbo-mineral program after assessing their unique nature and needs. We recommend that those who are taking vitamins/supplements suspend their intake while going through Kayakalpa so that they may assess the difference. In our experience of over two decades in this field, they never go back to the regular supplements.

How is Kayakalpa different from a Pancha Karma treatment?

Pancha karma is an Ayurvedic treatment that is the adminstration of five purificatory methods. Kayakalpa is a complete renewal of the entire system a form of aplied alchemy where the body and mind are purified and nurtured through customized therapies, allowing vital energy to be ignited, united and exalted with specialised breathing techniques so that transmutation of the entire being takes place, opening the door to an intuitive state where meditation becomes "sahaj" completely effortless, natural and profound.

Is there an ideal time for Kayakalpa? What is the ideal time period for completing the recommended course of sessions?

While you can enjoy the benefits of kayakalpa at any time, Spring and Fall have been mentioned as ideal time for intensive Kayakalpa in ancient texts. Whenever you choose to start, we recommend that your sessions be completed in a maximum of 90 days.

What is your reservation policy? What happens if I miss my appointment?
